• Orders over $95.00 ship for FREE in the contiguous US.
• Free shipping on all orders over US $395.00 to Canada.
• International customers will see shipping costs before checking out.
• All other orders are calculated by shipping method, weight and location.
• We ship over 99% of our orders within 24 hours or less and offer no restrictions on products or quantities.

How soon will you ship my order?

Products advertised are stocked in our warehouse. Most orders ship within 24 hours or less.

How soon will I receive my order?

Customers in the contiguous United States will receive their order between 1-6 business days via FedEx, UPS Ground or Priority Mail. We also offer 2-day fast shipping.

Can I track my order?

Of course! The day your order ships out you'll get an automatic email with a tracking number.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• Returns, for the most part, are self-service. You may return the product within 30 days of the original order ship date.
• Returned products have to be unused and in the original packaging.
• Shipping charges are not refundable and will be deducted from any returns or exchanges.
• Any sale, discounted items or promotional-priced items are NOT eligible for return.
• If we made a mistake by sending you the wrong product please call or email us first.
• Please include a note inside the box if you would like an identical replacement or a refund.
